Ahmed Ibrahim

Is currently Quality, Food Safety and Halal Certification Unit Manager at NPO Japan Certification Body "JIT HCB" in Tokyo. For fifteen years, he has been working in the government and public administration sector in Egypt as former Technical Affairs Department Manager. At the National Quality Institute of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Egypt, he was a member of the assessment and organising team for the Egyptian excellence award according to EFQM. Ahmed was a representative of the national quality institute and project manager for improving public administration in Egyptian government according to the CAF module, and he was co-founder and a member of the organising team for the "Quality and efficiency of institutions 2030" international conference in Sharm El-Sheikh. In addition to possessing an in-depth understanding of ISO standards of food safety, quality, conformity assessment and social responsibility, Ibrahim is co-author of the book "Institutional excellence through Common Assessment Framework" and a former writer in the Quality Culture Journal, published by the Egyptian National Quality Institute. Ahmed accomplished his postgraduate studies in Total Quality Management at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology & Maritime Transport.
