Ahmed Mohamed El-Safi

Is an expert in institutional development according to the CAF and he has worked for 35 years in the Egyptian administrative apparatus in several positions, including as Director of Quality and Head of Development and Change at the Egyptian Tax Authority. Ahmed is the founder and former director of the first project in Egypt to implement the CAF in the Egyptian Tax Authority, and he is a former member of the MAARAFA World Bank Project and the Committee for the Quality of Government Services Standards at the Egyptian Ministry of Planning, Follow-up and Administrative Reform. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Commerce and several certificates, including two CAF certificates from EIPA in Maastricht, Netherlands, and a diploma in quality from the Egyptian National Institute of Quality. He is the author of various articles and two books on administrative reform and the CAF.
