Aldo A. Badini

Graduated from Harvard College in 1980 summa cum laude, phi beta kappa, spent his 3L year as a visiting student and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia Law School and obtained his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 1983. He is a New York City based partner at the international law firm Winston & Strawn LLP. Aldo Badini has represented both claimants and sovereigns in investor-state arbitrations at the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and in ad hoc arbitrations under various arbitration rules, including the AAA IDRP. He also represents clients in international litigation in various United States courts. He is a member of the New York, District of Columbia and California bars.
