She has served as a testifying expert and arbitrator, and is currently listed as an arbitrator and mediator by several organizations. She often consults regarding dispute resolution, initial damages assessments, and creative dispute resolution processes and strategies, and is a frequent presenter and author regarding dispute resolution, initial damages assessments, and damages. She was a contributing editor to The Sedona Conference Commentary on Patent Litigation Best Practices: Patent Mediation Chapter, and is the author of a chapter on Initial Damages Assessments for an upcoming ABA book on ADR strategies.
