Christian Pippan

Assistant Professor at the Institute of International Law and International Relations at the University of Graz (Austria). He has been an Emile Noël Fellow at the New York University School of Law, as well as a short-term Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law & International Law in Heidelberg (Germany) and the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law in Cambridge (UK). He has published on issues of European and public international law, including articles and book chapters on EU develop¬ment cooperation and human rights, the protection of minorities in Europe, the UN security system, self-determination and statehood, as well as democratic governance and internatio¬nal law.
