Dilnoza Satarova (Ms), Msc

Is an Officer on Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). She is involved in the development, implementation and regular review of ODIHR's FoRB Programme (2013-present). Prior to taking up this position she worked in ODIHR's Monitoring and Response unit, where she worked on various programmatic activities aimed at raising awareness of state institutions and civil society on a range of human rights issues, including on the protection of human rights defenders. In 2005-2010, Dilnoza worked for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Kyrgyzstan, and specialized in international protection of refugees and internally displaced persons. Dilnoza earned a degree of a specialist in international relations and diplomacy from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (2002-2008), and holds MSc degree in International Migration and Social Cohesion from the University of Amsterdam (2010), and the University College Dublin (2011-2012).
