Sanja Djajić

She is associate professor of public international law at the University of Novi Sad School of Law (Serbia). She studied at law schools in Serbia, United States and United Kingdom and was a visiting fellow at the LSE and KU Leuven. She has been member of the legal team representing Serbia in the case Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide before the International Court of Justice. She has also acted as counsel in several international arbitration proceedings under UNCITRAL and ICSID arbitration rules. Her research interests are international judicial and arbitral institutions, application of international law in national legal systems, international investment law and human rights law.
